Good pool day, smooth process

I booked a Pool Day Pass for a resort in Miami last month. The booking process on the ResortPass website was straightforward; I just picked my date and the specific pass. I received a confirmation email almost immediately with clear instructions for check-in. When I arrived at the hotel, I showed my digital pass on my phone at the front desk, and they directed me to the pool area without any fuss. The pool was clean, and the service for food and drinks was prompt. It was exactly what I expected for a relaxing day. No issues to report, everything worked as promised. The value was definitely there for the experience.

Decent day out, minor hiccup

I tried ResortPass for a Beach Club Pass in Malibu. Booking was simple enough, and the price was fair for what I got. The beach club itself was great, good amenities and service. My only minor issue was that when I checked in, the front desk seemed a little confused about the pass, even though I had my confirmation. It took them a few minutes to figure it out, which was a bit awkward. Once past that, the day was really enjoyable. It's a good way to access nice places without booking a whole room, but they could probably streamline the check-in process at some locations.

Relaxing day at the resort

Used ResortPass for a Pool Day Pass for me and the kids at a local hotel. It was pretty easy to book online, just picked the day we wanted. Checking in was simple too, they just scanned the pass on my phone. The kids had a blast in the pool, and I got to relax a bit. The food service by the pool was handy. Overall, it was a nice way to spend a Saturday without having to drive far.

So much fun at the spa!

I used ResortPass for a Spa Day Pass, and it was incredible! The facilities were luxurious, and I felt so pampered. I will absolutely use this again to try another spot. What a great idea!

How does ResortPass compare to Dayaxe or Dayuse? Are there specific types of hotels or locations one is better for than the others?

B Ben 6 days ago
ResortPass seems to have more of the 'resort' type places with big pools and spa options. Dayuse is sometimes more about just getting a room for a few hours during the day, which is a different vibe.

I've used both RP and Dayaxe. RP definitely has a bigger selection of the luxury hotel pools and cabanas in my experience. Dayaxe is good too, but I feel like RP's interface is a bit smoother when you're looking for pool access specifically.

Quick question about cancellations - what if my plans change last minute or the weather sucks? Can I get my money back for a day pass?

D Donna G. 1 day ago
I think it depends on the hotel's policy, but generally, yes. You usually have to cancel within a certain timeframe, like 24 hours, to get a full refund. Check the specific pass details before you book.

They're pretty good about it, I had to cancel once because it started pouring. Just make sure to do it through the app or website. My refund came back in a few days.

Hey guys, thinking about grabbing a day pass for a hotel pool in Miami for next month. Does anyone know if they do any first-time user discounts or anything? Wanna save a few bucks if possible.

L Leah J. 3 days ago
Yeah, they usually have something. I think I got like $10 off my first booking when I signed up for their newsletter. Keep an eye out for that pop-up.

Check their app too! Sometimes they have app-exclusive deals for new users. I know I saw a promo for like 10-15% off a while back, but that might have been a seasonal thing.

Is ResortPass legit? Saw some cool looking places but never used it before. Don't want to get scammed or show up and they don't know what I'm talking about.

M Matt H. 2 weeks ago
Totally legit. Used it multiple times in California. You just show your pass at the front desk or pool entrance and they check you in. Never had an issue.

Yeah, it's real. Some resorts are better about knowing how it works than others, but it always ends up working out. They're basically just selling their unused amenity access.

Thinking of getting a spa day pass. Do I need to bring my own towels or do the hotels provide them like if you were staying overnight?

H Hannah Scott 1 week ago
Nah, they provide towels. It's like you're a regular guest, just without the room key. You'll get pool towels, spa towels, whatever you need.

S Sarah Evans 6 days ago
Unless it specifically says otherwise, you're good. I've never had to bring my own towels for any ResortPass booking.
